I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!
Mafadi doesn't want to pay me back my deposit. I served notice in December 2023 and moved out January 2024 and I was told to wait 21 business days to get my deposit but I still have not received my money. Tonde Mangena the property manager when I call him he hangs up the phone he is so rude he is not even responding to the emails I send him.

Tonde is still giving me a run around.I app**** under my brother but I was the one staying there and paying rent now he wants my brother to serve the notice but my name is also on the lease agreement, I also feel like this information should have been shared with me when I initially app**** for the deposit. Was I even going to be told about this if I didn't follow up?

Tonde is now ignoring the WhatsApp texts and emails I send him. I sent him the lease with my name and my brother's name if I could attach documents here I was going to attach it so that you also see that my name is there, I really do not want to involve my lawyer in this.
