I occupied shop 8 at transport square on the 1st of October 2025,since the occupation date I have had issues and have notified the person who I was advised to speak to named innocent, but nothing has been done

I occupied shop 8 at transport square on the 1st of October 2025,since the occupation date I have had issues and have notified the person who I was advised to speak to named innocent, but nothing has been done. 1)the lights have not worked since day 1 until Mr innocent advised to get someone on my own to fix the electricity issue. 2)the roller shutters was broken and the toilet door was broken and I had to hire someone I paid to fix these issues,with the promise of reimbur*****t from the landlord but nothing happened. 3)the water issue has not been fixed since the day of occupation. 4)the ceiling has a water leak and the maintenance guys came and put masking tape on it.
