I have had a terrible experience with Mafadi, I dealt with so many people and the experience has been unpleasant. I recently dealt with a guy named Kelvin, I must say he is a different breed, when he initially called I was very annoyed with Mafadi and took out my frustration on him, he was very calm and spoke to me with respect, he assisted me with an issue I had for the past 3 months he assisted me within a week. I only want to deal with him going forward, he really knows how to treat customers especially frustrated ones like my self. He was kind, patience, respectful and managed to sort out the issue I had with the agency. Thank you once again Kelvin for the great service
