I have been asking for 3 weeks for my basin to be fixed as it leaks, We pay for water and it's really getting to me when the care taker just ignores your request. Also I bought a new stove, So I had asked for the stove that was in the flat to be put in storage, It's still standing in front of my door. I am paying my rent on time every month and I would like the caretaker to do his JOB now!!! What is he here for??? The water is always cold but we pay for water and electricity, Why??? I want all my complaints fixed with immediate effect.
