I had a bad day when I started moving in with the apartment I choose because it seems it was chosen and taken by someone else and I had to look around to choose another one. But with the assistance of the Agent together we find something better to what I choose before. She was very sweet and humble even though I was angry and frustrated she made me understand hence am giving her 5* rating she is the best at her job.
