I didn't pay my levies on time for September and normally I pay in advance for 2 months so they added interest of about R400 and something to my monthly payment.then they called me to remind me of the payment,I complained about the high interest amount added on only missed payment of 1 month. The guy who assisted me redused the interest amount and assisted with updating the invoice. He was very friendly and knows his job and have a way of dealing with customer complaints.his name is Nkosikhona from Mafadi property management.
