I am a tenant at Rodi Rose had a problem with an electrical socket laid a complaint,laid a complaint with the building manager.They then sent an electrician who came visibly drunk with a traditional beer in hand,l declined his services but was still charged.l explained to the credit controller Dimakatso who would not listen and insisted l pay the money.l tried calling the building manager Kenneth who is also equally useless as he never picks up his phone.In the end l was being bul**** to pay as they blocked my electricity.The establishment has become a total joke with a total disregard for human rights.l wanted them to simply show me which appliance was fixed??as they vehemently disregarded my pleas
