Huge security risk at a complex managed by Mafadi Property Management

I live in a residential complex in Ferndale, Randburg that does not have an activated/working electric fence. The security guard is meant to work from 6am to 6pm but arrives 2 or 3 hours late and leaves before 6am. I always have to call the security company myself to notify them that we do not have a security guard for the night. There are nights when the security guard does not report to work at all. The gate motor constantly breaks and management do not want to replace it, having anyone to open the gate manually (including potential armed ******s). The guard house does not have a panic button for emergencies. The security guard lets residents to open the gate by themselves even when the guard is literally standing at the gate late at night. Numerous requests and recommendations from tenants and gate contractors have been made to have the gate motor replaced but all in vain. The intercom system does not work and has never worked which leaves visitors to hoot at the gate whether the gate is working or not. The gate motor works only 2-3 days a week. There is no complex/property body corporate representative living on the complex. The security guard lets anyone in and out of the complex as he wishes (no log book). He could easily let in ******s who can rob a unit and be let out. A few tenants in this complex have been ****** before.
