Horrible service from Mafadi

I just want toexpress my serious concerns regarding the management practices of Mafadi Properties. My experiences have led me to believe that the company lacks empathy and is run in a manner that is not only unprofessional but also potentially ********.

It has become increasingly clear that the leadership within Mafadi, particularly individuals like Arnold and Siphokazi, exhibit a concerning level of disregard for tenants' well-being. Their actions suggest a narcissistic approach to management, prioritizing profits over the needs and rights of residents. This is particularly troubling given the demographic of many tenants, who often feel marginalized and unsupported.

Siphokazi, who is responsible for credit control, is consistently unavailable, whether by phone or WhatsApp or email. This makes it extremely difficult to resolve any issues. Her dismissive attitude further exacerbates the challenges tenants face, as she seems to believe she has ownership over the building rather than serving the needs of the residents.

Additionally, it is disheartening to observe that assistance appears to be granted selectively, based on how assertively one advocates for themselves. Arnold, the caretaker, has demonstrated a shocking lack of knowledge regarding tenancy laws, stating outright, "I don't know the tenancy laws." For a company of this size and responsibility, it is alarming to have individuals in leadership positions who are so poorly informed.

I have witnessed instances where tenants were unjustly evicted, even when they had fulfilled their financial obligations. It appears that Mafadi's record-keeping is not only inefficient but may also be intentionally misleading, leading to further distress for those who are simply trying to maintain their housing.

The culture within Mafadi seems to foster an environment where empathy is non-existent, and tenants are treated as mere numbers. This approach is unacceptable, and I urge anyone considering using Mafadi’s services to reconsider, as it seems the company is more focused on profit than on providing a fair and supportive living environment.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously, as the current trajectory of this company under its current management is concerning.
