Horrible service

I spoke to Dumisani Mbatha over a week ago regarding a letting in Grobler park, he promised to get back to me on Monday which he failed to do so, I called him with the Tuesday his phone was off. The following day I called the head office and spoke to a lady who took my details and guaranteed that Lucky would give me a call regarding the letting, did lucky call? He did not even bother to send a sms to acknowledge he received my contacts. This is really annoying coz when you eventually get through to the agent the property you were enquiring is already occupied. Need a reputable company to manage the complex.
