HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am utterly appalled by the level of service received from mafadi kempton park central park they have extremely rude stuff members received a letter stating my rent is in arrears which was incorrect because it was paid I then made contact to try and resolve the matter , but was assisted by a lady that was extremely rude I asked for her name she refused to give that to me, I am a paying tenant and was treated like I am nothing with the rent I pay here every month I would have at least expected some level of professionalism instead I found a rude person! with little to no regards on how to treat a paying tenant, I mean if she feels its okay for her to talk to people like that clearly the upper management is just as bad there are no consequences regarding poor customer service I am upset and will looking for a new place because this is ridiculous
