Horrible experience with no professional. Do not fall for their false advertising.

Gave notice in January and served my notice with no arrears. Was told deposit will be paid within 21days from termination which to date hasn't been paid. I was in contact with a guy named Lucky Ndlovu who is arrogant and ***********, he acts as though I'm demanding my deposit from him and has now started ignoring my calls and emails. I have read reviews and can confirm that they are a **** and try by all non legal ways to retain your deposit.

I have now resorted to doing things the legal rout since if I alow to be a victim of their **** I will actually be an enabler for new tenants who will fall for their ****.

It seems ducking and diving is a thing they do.
