Hello ... I am from New Haven Unit 4. I always complained about the gate being always open, and I did not feel safe at all as my house is right by the gate. But since I spoke to Zanele Mthimunye, I saw some progress. To my surprise, I came home Wednesday, and I found the gates are closed and operational. I am very impressed that after I presented my consent to her, there was communication and updates as well regarding the progress of the gate. Thank you very much for the management as well, which made it possible that I/we feel safe. And thank you to Zanele Mthimunye for assuring me that her and the management team were working hard to have this issue sorted. She is a 🌟.
