Health and cleanliness and wellbeing of tenants

I recently moved into Bruma Urban Villa's, a Mafadi Managemened Building.

Since nobody is responding to my complaints on their complaints email, I decided to escalate this here.

I was happy with my apartment however I was not pleased with the following:

1. The fact that the clubhouse can be booked to the public for parties causing a noise disturbance to residents.

2. The growing cat population in the ba*****ts where we throw out or ******* as well as the appalling smell that meets you as soon as you reach the ba*****t. This is a health hazard and not compliant with health and safety standards. Please can you explain to me why, a pest control company cannot come atleast once or twice a month to fumigate so to prevent such problems. As in the cats are probably coming because of the rats. There will not be any cats as long as there is no breeding ground for them. Also why is there no proper ventilation in the area. Can you please do something about that.

3. The clothes drying area has no ventilation and the space is not sufficient. How do you expect people's clothes to dry up.

4. The biometrics system is not working for new tenants to be loaded, why is it taking so long to be fixed, why cant you maintain your systems. I am tired of the limited access that I have.

We are paying waaaay too much rent for the place to be neglected like this. May you please escalate this to be sorted as soon as possible, .

I just moved in and I am already things of leaving already. Everything I just mentioned breaches your responsibilities as my landlord therefore breaching your end of the contract.

Please do something about this .
