Have compassion please.

I payed my rent last month but I payed late because iam having problems at my work place, my boss payed us late.the money i payed was short with electricity money. Siphiwe told the care taker to switch off the electricity amd I have a 10 months baby who drinks a formula. I'm not refusing to pay.but the care taker keeps on harrasing us. And today siphiwe came and said that tomorrow he is sending people to lock us out if we don't pay that R1900 for last month amd we told him we will pay it all together with rent and he refused.i have a small baby for God's sake.the Mafadi people have no compassion whatsoever. The care taker is telling the whole complex that we are owing. And from what I read from the reviews from other people.im even not sure I will get my deposit if I decide to move out.
