Harassment and misconduct

I am currently residing in Palm springs cosmo city for over 2 years and half, i have faced unforseen financial constraints and have come forth to making it clear of my situations, one minute I am heard and arrangement confirmed, and the next thing,few days my lights are switched of and apartment keys suddenly changed like that, I am so disappointed and in deep disbelief as this is dragging long with threats that I will be forced out, There is absolutely no profession carried out by credit controllers in charge, so unprofessional, rude and disrespecful of ones reputation and emotions, caring about money and their selves, cut the calls and exchange words with you without any remorse, unwillingness to understand ones situation, I have all the dates of entire communications with them, yet non is taken into consideration, the story goes on, so frustrated and helpless
