had no words to describe how I feel about the HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND BAD SERVICE!

I am completely shuttered with a bad service from Mafadi , please do not go anywhere near them for rentals. Numeral phone calls means nothing no resolution come from that. I spoke to Presh ,Mathew and Angela about the problem i had with my unit at Cidar Valley none of these people cared at all to fix anything the only thing they are concerned about is the monthly rental my money from my pocket! I spoke to Angela last week Friday we discussed my vacant from the unit , she gave me a reason for her call "I am calling to confirm that you are leaving so that we do not charge you for the coming month" Yet on Monday I received two statement or shall I say mini statement with the April rental via email and hand delivered.

I am so sick of these people I am moving out of their premises and I need a written confirmation that I have confirmed my decision,
