GreenShank Villas Power Nightmare. MAFADI is a True example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend someone to lease a place at Mafadi Property Management. They service at GreeShank Villas is very very very poor. They don't take their customers seriously. I have a long list of issues I have encountered with them. As we speak I have terminated my lease because I have just about had enough. GreenShank Villas Complex is a joke. They hardly have electricity it is shared *******ly with the neighbors that live in shacks. 90% of the time electricity trips because the wires running to the shacks next-door are touching each other or they get burn and it causes an explosion and shortly after that we will the complex will be without power. At times it doesn't affect the whole complex its a select few units in each block. Note that at times this also affects the main gate and the security guards have to open it manually.

Also the unit that I am living is not the unit that my agent and I agreed upon. I was meant to get a ground unit and I ended up getting a unit on the top floor because when i arrived to move in my unit was already taken by someone else.

It also took weeks.for our names to be registered so that we can call when we get to the gate. We had to blow the horn all the time and at night it very risky.

To date 15 July 2020 my User Interface Unit that is used to load water is not working because the meter is broken. Meaning I don't have any water. I reported this to Carol and she said that she was busy and she couldn't help me. I had to go to her and follow up with her to help me. Mind You I don't have water. She sent her son to come and assist me and he found that the meter is broken. On the same day I had to go to her again to follow up and find when the meter will be fixed. When we moved in we were without water for 3 weeks. Imagine moving into a new place and not having water for 3 weeks. I called the HO to complain they took me from pillar to post without and at the end a guy gave me an email address to send my complaint to and till this day no one bothered to entertain my frustration or even come to check that we are with the unit that we had to settle for.

People are allowed to make noise without being disciplined. Believe you me its a joke. Worst of all they know about all these issues and they are doing nothing about it.
