This is a quick question to literally ANYONE who has lived in an apartment that they pay for in a timely manner.....

Currently we reside at Greenshank Villas (sounds fancy huh????). First and foremost, I will admit that we have had our own mishaps, in terms of damaged property in our unit (a broken window) my fiance was immediately contacted by Tonde to get it fixed (mind you, we were on our way to work and they expected him to stay in so that it can get fixed) this was by far the fastest response we got on anything that was broken in the unit.... :

*a broken shelf in the cupboard due to water leakage from faulty piping (this took about 4 months to fix because we were unwell, although we had recovered 3 months prior)
*counter unit that had eroded due to water leakage
*ROACH INFESTATION
*prolonged power outages

We had made it clear to Tonde (who was rather rude and highly unprofessional) that we would be available on Saturday to have someone fix the window, of which he rep**** "you got jokes".... The amount of appliances that have F#@&D out and the amount of DAYS we have spent without power is definitely an entire multiverse compared to loadshedding for 8 hours!

I could spend days typing the complaints out, but my real question is WHAT SHALL BE DONE?? Not just for myself, but for all who reside on this property....
