Great Job so far.

Please give Henry Janse van Rensburg a big thank you for the work he has put in as the portfolio manager at Agulhas buildings. Even though we are at the beginning stages, He has had a lot to deal with regards to the handover. Literally all the owners concerns were addressed at the last meeting, and emails sent out, putting the owners at ease. We now finally have some sort of order in the building, something that was lacking witrh the previous agents.

He has worked well with the building manager, trustees and the owners to make sure the building is being run and managed professionally.

There is not many people that get that balance right. Keep up the good work.
