GOLDEN VIEWS: Germiston - Complaint of unprofessional service by the Building Manager and their security

<p>I would like to complain about the service we receive from the security and Building Manger at Mafadi Property Management: Golden Views based in Germiston CDB, it’s very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I am very annoyed. This is actually very patty behaviour from them because I feel as if people want to make us aware as to who is in-charge / in power.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I had a visitor on Saturday afternoon, 24 September 2016 and as we agreed from our last chat with the Buidling Manager and Portfolio Manager that I would take out my car from the ba*****t parking so that my visitor may park and I then park in the back / uncovered parking. My visitor was trying to park their car in the ba*****t parking and whenever we tagged to open the garage door that security that was on duty at that time kept on closing the garage door from his side (this is very petulant), I then went out of my sister’s car to ask if there was an issue and he told me that “I did not ask for his permission for my visitors to park”. Now this is just unacceptable, this behaviour is just unacceptable really.</p> <p> </p> <p>This parking issue is not difficult to resolve but I see that even afetr talking to those incharge / the decision makers, security still want me to ask for their permission every time I have visitors for them to park. I am not happy to go through all that admin and since this is a thorn on my side I would suggest that Management communicate with their colleagues because the next time this kind of revolting behaviour occurs I will not have the patience to deal with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t want to fight with anyone about such patty issues. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort it out ASAP, I have visitors tonight, tomorrow night and over the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope that this is the last time we ever have to talk about this issue, the ba*****t parking has never ever even been close to 50% full since I started residing at Golden Views in the past 3 years. I just don’t understand what the big deal is here with parking. This is annoying.</p>
