I think its embarrassing for any institution or company that uses Mafadi property management as a way to accommodate its students or clients. That company has no interest in paying peoples deposit back no matter what. My son didn't even stay there because they gave the Trifecta building in Berea to DUT at the last minute after I paid a deposit of R850 to secure his place. We asked for our deposit back and we were told to send relevant documentation which we did 8 months ago but still they are using stalingrad tactics to avoid paying it. I sent emails to Joeleen, Janet and even phoned their owner Simon still didn't receive a response. I urge everybody to boycott these slumlords and the companies that use them. I'm planning to go to the small claims court and sue them. Then thereafter help others who've been ********** by them.
