Good day

This is a desperate attempt to get some feedback and response to my emails regarding a query that I have as a property owner.

Summary of events, - The initial enquiry about the solar geyser system began on the 20th of March 2023.

- There has been interim feedback received from Deon advising that he was waiting on a corrective plan of action from the contracted plumber in April.

- Unfortunately I have been quite busy with work and other commitments which led to me not following up on this.

- I re-initiated this query on the 31st of October with Deon.

- I shared it with the allocated portfolio manager (Cor) on the 2nd of November.

- I called Cor on the 3rd and he confirmed telephonically that he has received the email, he will be speaking to Deon about this and that I will receive feedback in 30 - 60 minutes.

- Due to no feedback being received, I sent a follow up email on the 6th of November and I have also reached out to Cornel on the 7th.

To date, there has been no response or acknowledgment from any of your staff.

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed by the lack of communication and support received from all three of the individuals included in the email trail.

It raises multiple questions and concerns with the main two being, 1) Why am I required to pay a levy to a company that doesn’t value me as a client or is willing to provide service to? 2) Is there something more to the agreement in place with the plumber?

I have the full email trail that I would be willing to share with the individual who monitors this site and provides responses to these reviews.

This is my final attempt at communicating with Mafadi and if this is not successful I will have to follow with legal action.
