Flooded flats

It has been 3 hours in a flooded flat and no one seems to care about it. The roof is leaking everywhere. Having a 6yrs old around in this situation is not on. It's funny how quick they switch off your lights without communicating with you just because your rent is short with R1. NOBODY CARES.
