Flat application

<div>I app**** for a unit available , after speaking to 2 agents and a supervisor I got the application and was approved ,an appointment for viewing for set on the day no one was onsite I called all 3 members I previously spoke to no one answered to date , Today following up on the unit I'm told to reapply like I never did so what im suppose to submit 6 applications for one unit and still lose the flat, due to them dragging their feet and acting like I'm bothering them . I need urgent assistance as no one is getting back to me with an update, I am also in customer service and this is not how e treat potential clients even a senior I'm held accountable for my teams attitude towards their work and clients</div>
