Since Mafadi assumed responsibility for managing the body corporate, their performance has been profoundly inadequate. Critical issues, such as persistent wastewater leaks, broken roof tiles, and leaking gutters, remain unaddressed despite repeated notifications. Communication is virtually nonexistent, with emails consistently ignored and no follow-up on promised resolutions.

The overall attitude displayed by Mafadi reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and urgency, leaving essential matters unresolved and owners dissatisfied. This level of negligence is unacceptable and demands immediate rectification.
