EXTREMELY HIGH WATER BILL!!!!

I moved in at one of Mafadi properties at Palm Springs Cosmo City in June 2020. The first month water bill was R28 which is normal, second month it moved to R200 and I did not complain. Third month which was in July since to date we have been receiving a water bill of almost R600. I have been complaining to the caretaker Sphe, credit controller Tendani and Themba and they assured me it has been sorted but nothing has changed, and its been 5 months now. They also told me its impossible to be paying such an amount because we only 2 in the house and we hardly around. They are now all ignoring me, I also told the plumber and he said they probably making me pay for someone else units water bill. I have tried almost everything, I am in so much tears because even people with families do not even pay that much.

I urgently need help because this has taken all the energy I had left in me to fight this.
