Extremely frustrated at your incompetency!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another week of the 3rd month now without assistance @Sipho Mthimkhulu refuses to answer calls or messages, can I get someone else to assist me? He immediately sent my statement after the first review i payed double and more into the next month, he asked for a bank confirmation letter to process payments on Wednesday last week. We back to hide & seek again, my calls and messages are being ignored!!! Can I get assistance on this matter?!
