Please see below no apologies received from any one in your office but I was told this

I expected better but no that was not the case

If I knew that signing AOD was a death penalty I was not going to sign it I only missed (1) payment and that was due to my father passing away?

Then I am wrong for asking about the fees and have to agree to fees that doesn't make sense to me even when I am paying what was agreed on the AOD?

Hi Refilwe Thanks for the below. Unfortunately I believe you are in the wrong and request that you remove the Hello Peter post. You signed an AOD with the attorneys and as per the agreement, should you default on payment even once, the agreement is cancelled and the legal process continues. Marcel will attest to the above from a legal standpoint? Regards
