Extreme poor service

So I have been without electricity for the past 3 days and Mafadi claimed I had an outstanding balance it turns out they never paid their body corporate for my levies. Whereas on my side I pay everything 10 days before the due date. Worst part none of them bothered to contact me to inform me of this situation. 3 full days I been without food nd lights . I would never recommend doing business with them. They don't have any care whatsoever. To think I was running up and down trying to fix the situation myself with their body corporate. Their lack of urgency to complaints. And lies. Disappointed to the maximum!!!
