Empty promises and dishonest people

<p>With dishonest landlords, unhelpfull call centre agents and unfair business practice i have no clue how these people are still around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Initially when moving into any of mafadi's properties their agents are very quick to welcome you in with a smile, during the duration of the lease one can get no satisfaction from either their call centre or their landlords. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly they have the ordacity to send 3 men to my flat on the 3rd of the month treatning to change the locks at my flat , even after showing them proof of my rental payment even after speaking to one of their call centre agents, then during the duration of the rental agreement they decide to add on fees for parking with no notice what so ever. both instances constitute breach of contract. then after i eventualy move out of the place i wait 30 days with not even email confirming whats happening with my deposit, even though i gave my required 30day notice. i then get told they did not have my bank details as an excuse even though these are all on the lease agreement.</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst rental agency ive ever had to deal with, im definately taking this up with the relevant Housing Ombudsman </p>
