Don’t expect the greatest service even if you are an owner.

I recently bought into a new development, most of the owners have taken occupation on the units. My unit is one of the units that the developer is still busy with and as such I have not taken occupation but Mafadi keeps billing me every month for levies. The matter was brought to Janine’s attention by my agent and the developer on 14.12.20, I have further emailed, tried to call (always rejects my calls) sms’ed and never get a reply back. Is this how your stakeholders are treated? No urgency? Just ignore all communication?
