Do yourselves a favour and DON’T rent property owned by Mafadi! They are *****s, dishonest and unprofessional! I moved out of my flat at Bjala Square in October of 2017 and I STILL HAVEN’T been paid my deposit. It’s February. I’ve spent a lot of money on airtime calling them. Dineo, who is apparently in charge of the accounts, always says he’ll get back to me but he never does. He’s been saying this since November. He also assures me that I’ll be paid my money every week. This began in November and I’m STILL waiting. So, don’t do it! Just don’t do it, don’t rent from them. Their buildings are also pretty ****ty! And, their service delivery is all together a **** show.
