Do the right thing

Joining is easy getting out a pain it's deposit refund time now you are being told that we moved out out before our lease ended while our agreement clearly states our key hand over date out last statement had a lease renewal fee attached and rent increase. Correct me if I am wrong but a lease can only change after it was finished.
