DO NOT STAY HERE

View on Bowling review: - i dont think tenants know that the cameras in the property are not working. They havent been working since December 2025, and the property manager is not going to fix them anytime soon. - security is extremely bad. Any pedestrian or driver can enter or exit at anytime without signing in or out. There is no security system or code system for visitors. - people here smoke all the herbs and spices, and you (a non smoker) will smell it in your own house. Tenants are not considerate of this issue. -its dirty. People throw their trash near the corridors - we were supposed to get an elevator but the property manager decided he doesnt want to do that. - they will turn off your lights even if you owe R50. - people hang their laundry everywhere. Wigs are hung over the windows!

Btw i have only been here for 9 months…
