Dissatisfaction of service

Mafadi Palm Springs Residence in Cosmo City has had no water for a week now and we are not getting any updates or report of any form from them except for a reference number of lies that they logged against COJ, but when we follow up with COJ we discovered they are awing and haven't paid for such a longtime and that results in us and our CHILDREN suffering.

It is with great dissatisfaction that i write this here because if u don't pay their rent on time they remove people's doors or even change locks and lock u outside, their attitude towards such things surpasses a hooligans'. We have sent several emails to the head office and the caretaker but nothing has been done or even to respond to us, some of us haven't been paid yet but we need to buy water to ensure our kids survive. Mafadi only offered us water from a borehole which is dirty, one cannot drink or even coo with it, if i could attach a picture i would but there is no option here.

EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO SHELTER, WATER AND FOOD AND ANYONE DEPRIVING THEM OF THAT IS ABUSING THEM SO MAFADI IS A HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSER.
