Disorganized and unresponsive

I have never met a more uninterested group of people in my life. For a company that works in an industry that is built on reputation, you sure don't care about it. Your agents are not responsive and are reactive in the whole process of moving in. I have been trying to organise my move to an apartment for two weeks now and I am unable to organise moving trucks because of your nonchalant agents who seem to not have a once of urgency in them.
