Disdusting service

I viewed a unit with Sithembiso in kloofendal. My wife and I were happy and before the end of the day we asked to apply for the place. The next morning all the documentation was submitted and 3 days later we got acceptance. Upon nemrous requests from the agent and his supervisor Lesego we agreed that a pro forma invoice will be sent however getting a hold either through whatsapp or voice calls to any of them never gets a response. As a client you are meant to constantly follow up cz you won't get a response for days on end. In all this time I've left numerous messages for the agent and his respective managers to contact me even 4 days later there's nothing. Reminder messages for the pro forma still gets no response. Then I am sent a message unfortunately the place is taken. When I get a hold of the agent he says the reason he is unable to respond to my phone calls or whatsapp messages is because the company doesn't buy him data or airtime. For him not being able to take any of my calls he didn't give a reason. Definitely the worst company to deal with. And right now, management and the agent says sorry. Nothing can be done. Even after sending me an approval message. And me accepting it.
