Dirty building, not cleaned and lots ****roaches

We signed a lease with Mafadi and recently moved into Park chambers in Joburg CBD. The building is filthy inside. We had to carry our furtniture and walk through the dirt and grime on the floors. The furtniture got dirty on the firts day of moving in. The building doesn't get cleaned- there's trash thrown everywere, and the floors are always dirty and sticky. There are ****roaches inside of the building, and hardly anything inside the unit works, and breaks.
