Deposit still not refunded

Mafadi Property Management is a trashy property management company that doesn't fulfill their contract obligations. As a tenant you are expected to fulfil your contractual duties but when it is time for them to do that, the same courtesy is not afforded. My lease clearly stated that my deposit will be refunded by the 14th. Up to now I haven't received it. When contacted, they lie and say that it will be sorted in a day or two. Even for them to do maintenance, you must follow up with them more than once for them to even come and fix things. I had a maintenance issue 2 to 4 months ago and it was not fixed. I even moved out without it being fixed. I definetely had a horrible experience with them and I do not recommend anyone to do business with them
