Mafadi does not deserve a single rating. This company is run by a bunch of ****** who are very good at collecting rent, overcharging water.Where on earth is water above R500 in a 1 bedroom apartment. They want their rent to be paid by the first of every month but when it's time to return deposits they come with excuses. Stay away from Mafadi Property if you do not want to find your selves in situations like mine.They tell you that your deposit will be returned after 2 weeks which is a lie from the deepest pits of hell.They asked for my details after my first review then went quiet AGAIN. Stay away from Mafadi, Stay away.
