Deposit Refund not Refunded.

Mafadi Property are ****** ******, they do not want to pay peoples deposits. After I saw the reviews from people, I am disgusted and it is evidence that they **** people their deposits honestly meanwhile there is lease agreement that state they shall pay it back. I am a victim and I regret not going through reviews back then, none the less, they have taught me a life time lesson of doing thorough reviews before taking an apartment. They lie and say they are processing your payment but you never receive the money. When I vacated the place at Palm Springs, I requested the caretaker to come do an inspection so to avoid problems, the caretaker simply said he his busy as lot of people were moving out, later now they are sending me an inspection document I do not know about, it has someone signature from Mafadi Property but no name as to who signed for accountability and under tenant where they suppose to sign it says N/A(how when it is supposedly my inspection and I had to agree to charges of defects found), they are charging me things I am not aware off. Even the dates on that document are off. Clearly shows that they created the document now when I am requesting my deposit. Not in one day will I ever recommend even my worst enemy to endure such high level of incompetency, dishonesty, deceiving ****s, ****mers. Robbing people their hard earned money, ****** ******. I refuse to be a **** victim, I want my money. I will rather be escorted by police and have letter of demand because that is my rightful money and I want it. They are ****** shame.
