Deposit Refund

So my story... I moved in to Unit 11B TELMOND Complex in number 23 Andries Close, Bramley Park Sandton on the 1st of June 2018 and moved out on the 30 of June 2019. I sent a vacate notice to Mafadi Management (Clinton and Dineo to be precise), they sent me a notice to vacate form to fill in (on the 25th of June ) and I did. They have never responded to let me know if they have received it (even though we all know they did). They have not gotten back to me to tell me when I'm gonna receive my deposit back. They are not answering their phones (cell and office landline) nor my follow up e-mails. I am really ****ed off right now. I want my money back!

I hate dealing with unprofessional people because they made it compulsory for me to pay a deposit before moving in, now it's a mission to pay me back. It's this kind of service that makes me not to refer people to the business. Honestly what's holding them back because I have sent them my account confirmation letter.

I would like some kind feedback, please???????
