Deposit Not Refunded Clinton Connel Rude Lying Manager

While staying at my apartment at 267 On Surrey in Randburg. The rent as well as the supposedly 'fixed' monthly rates would randomly go up each month. Trying to dispute the matter came near impossible since I was unable to reach anyone or my call just kept being transferred. I eventually gave my notice and left, but now it's been 5 months since I've moved out and I still have not received my deposit. The manager who's supposed to be dealing with returning your deposit (Clinton Connel) blocked me from contacting him directly, and when I eventually reach him through the company's landline he keeps promising me that he'll look into it and that he will send me an e-mail (which he never does). I'm highly frustrated and would hope that anyone wanting to rent or work for them to just stay away from the company. Don't waste your time or your money.
