DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED "ANGELO"
Rent Mafadi Property at your own ris****! They don't refund deposit..Last year I rented a flat from Mafadi in Benoni. I paid my deposit upon entry on the 1st of January 2018 and vacated the premises on the 31st of December 2018. I informed the Mafadi offices about my request to vacate their premises and signed notice to vacate and a request for my deposit however till to date they have refused to pay my deposit.

06 Sept 2019, 19:09I was held liable responsible for the repairs that your caretaker was suppose to fix when we entered the premises. The Security gate that was damaged by your caretaker when he was charged on my deposit, is that fair. The parking car remote which was charged separately upon entry, now they are making it to be part of the deposit. I am so ****ed at their relentless effort of holding me liable for the repairs they were suppose to fix before I took occupation of the premises.. It was a mistake renting Mafadi Flat and I still advise the Public to avoid it at all cost..RENT MAFADI AT YOUR OWN RISK..!
