DEPOSIT NOT BEING REPAID AT MAFADI WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.

i was renting at mafadi properties in protea glen ext 11 i just moved out and now its time i get my deposit back am being told stories that the flat must be painted and that was not stipulated on the contract that i signed moving. according to the caretaker the apartments are always painted when somebody moves out unconditionally of the state but now it because my problem that they need to paint the flat its such a waist of company to deal with.

the really of the matter is that they are now ******** me for my money even though the apartment is not damaged.

And the caretaker himself said that no one get their deposit when they move out weather the apartment is in good state or not
