DEPOSIT NOT BEING REFUNDED

<p>MAFADI PROPERTY IS THE WORST. l gave them a notice of lease termination on the 19th of May 2017 after failing to fix the water problem that was dripping from the ceiling.Had laid a complaint about it to the building manager who told to be patient or cancel the lease. Moved out at the end of June and was told that l will receive my deposit after 14days.On the 23rd of July l called the office and was put on hold several times. I called and met up with the building manager(Lawrence) who to me that he had misplaced the form with my details , l must go to the office and hand in my details.I went to the office and spoke to a guy by the name of Dineo who told me that l will get my deposit be tween Thursday and Friday (1st week of the month).No one from Mafadi has contacted me since l left the office, they always wanted their rent paid in full by the 3rd of every month, but they can't refund people their deposits, before l left their building a new tenant had already deposited the flat.My next visit to Mafadi will be with the Speak out crew, the whole of Johannesburg must know what kind of estate agent Mafadi is.l won't wait for 2 months for my deposit to be refunded.</p>
