DEPOSIT MONEY BACK ( MAFADI)

I moved out of the property (unit 124 Central park) in July 2020. Since then i was told that i will get my deposit back on August for which i understood. End of August came and still no deposit was paid back. I followed up with Dineo and thats when he asked about my Banking details. I supp**** everything he needed and he just kept on promising me that i will get my deposit back before end of business. Now since yesterday he is nolonger taking my calls or Atleast replying to my Emails. I just want my deposit back ive waited too long now. I dont get it why do i have to suffer to get my money back meanwhile the agreement that we signed before i moved in stated that i will get my deposit money back provided i stay in the building for atleast 12months.
