Day light *******

We moved in one of their places end of november 2019. So when the pandemic started my husband was affected and we decided to move out but we were told we won't get out deposit back since we will be moving out before 12 months...we understood and stayed even though we were not told about this when we move in... fast forward to now, we moved out on the 29th of june, the caretaker inspected the place and told us only one was found, which was the door handle... we were expecting a penalty but to our surprise they charged us R2500 which apparently is for painting.. when we left we painted thr bathroom and the one bedroom so the only room which we needed painting was one bedroom but according to Mafadi that cost R2500. Besides the ridiculous charge, we still didn't receive our money until today, the money which was suppose to be paid within 21 days.... we were staying in unit C2 Redeemed Haven
