This is worst property management company that I had ever dealt with. They are managing our complex in Karen park, Pretoria & they need people skills and little apathy. I default on my levies for 1 month & I send my apologies. I requested arrangement on my arrear levies & they just threatened me with legal action. I can't wait for 2024 when they changed.
